Line setup/transfer is $79.

If you require an ADSL modem, MB Radio Electronics is able to supply one at a great rate, already pre-configured to work with your service. We have 4 port ADSL modem routers as well as ADSL wireless modem routers. An optional on-site set up and installation service is available for a nominal fee.

By default, your connection will be shaped (slowed) to 64K/64K when your data limit is reached with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. This shaping will be reset on the next monthly anniversary for the start of the new period. Or, if you would like to keep your connection at full speed all the time, you can elect to pay for data at an excess rate of 2 cents per megabyte once the data limit is exceeded.

The Aussie Anytime Advantage allows users to use their data at anytime as there is no Peak and Off-Peak times for these plans. Mega Plan peak usage is calculated between Midday and 2:00am. Off-Peak usage is calculated between 2:00am and Midday.

All ADSL plans include:

  - Always-On connection.
  - Data only metered for Download.
  - Super fast speeds 24/7.
  - 5 email addresses;
  - and 20 megabytes of homepage storage.
  - Static IP Address - Ideal for VPN and DVR Security applications.

Things you should know:

  - A $65 fee will apply if you disconnect from our ‘no lock in contract’ connection within the first 6 months of service.
  - Should you need to relocate your service, a relocation fee of $99 will apply.
  - ADSL is not available in all areas and may not be compatible with your phone line. AussieBB staff will advise you at the time of application if your line
    is incompatible and you will not incur any fees should we be unable to activate your line.
  - A $25 fee applies if you wish to change down to a slower line speed/plan - No charge for going to a bigger plan.

ADSL 2+ Plans & Pricing - Only Available if your exchange is ADSL2+ enabled.

Many factors can vary the speed of your connection, these include: length of copper line; number and types of services sharing cable; electrical interference; configuration of cable and/or wiring; and capacity of uplink. 50% of users obtain speeds of 12Mbps or above, based on actual network tests.
