2. Pricing & Availability
Whilst we endeavour to keep our website up to date with current Stock Availability, the nature of our industry means that products can become unavailable without notice. We will try to fulfil all orders to the best of our ability and may sometimes need to contact you, the customer to offer an alternative product. We will try to maintain prices specified in the website but we reserve the right to change the price of any product without notice. You will be provided with an Sales Receipt with your order once shipped.
- Paypal/Credit Card: We accept Paypal, MasterCard and VisaCard. Credit Card transactions are currently processed by PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, please ensure your registered PayPal address is the one we are shipping to otherwise there will be delays - you know how PayPal works, if not - PayPal's Policy stipulates that the item must be sent to your Registered PayPal Address for the Seller and Buyer’s Protection.
- Don't have a PayPal account: Choose Paypal/Credit Card option and you can pay using your Credit Card via Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal Account.
- EFT/Direct Deposit: In checkout if you opt to pay via EFT, we will send you the details. This process usually takes several days as your payment needs to be cleared into our account before we ship anything. If you are in a hurry, use Credit Card as a payment option.
4. Ordering Guidelines
By completing Checkout you are hereby agreeing to purchase the items in your Shopping Cart. Payment is taken from you at the end of the checkout process with our PayPal payment gateway. You will be emailed an order confirmation immediately after completing Checkout.
5. Shipping and Insurance
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with Tracking ID. Generally orders are despatched within 48 hours excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

o Standard Parcel Post rate for up to 500g Australia Wide $7.70 with insurance option.
o 500g Parcel Post + $100 Insurance $9.20
o 500g Parcel Post + $200 Insurance $10.70
o 500g Parcel Post + $500 Insurance + Signature on Delivery $18.15
o Standard Parcel Post rate for up to 3kg Australia Wide $12.50 + Insurance option $1.50 per $100
o Standard Parcel Post rate for up to 5kg Australia Wide $ 15.90+ Insurance option $1.50 per $100
o Express Post rate for up to 500g Australia Wide $10.85 with insurance option.
o 500g Express Post + $100 Insurance $12.35
o 500g Express Post + $200 Insurance $13.85
o 500g Express Post + $500 Insurance + Signature on Delivery $21.30
o Express Post rate for up to 3kg Australia Wide $15.65 + Insurance option $1.50 per $100
o Express Post rate for up to 5kg Australia Wide $24.80 + Insurance option $1.50 per $100
Postage on orders over 5kg will be calculated as required.
Australia Post have a no-nonsense attitude when it comes to un-insured items. If your parcel goes missing, is damaged or stolen whilst in their custody and you did not insure with they are totally not interested in compensating you for the loss even if its tracking went AWOL in their own system. For the sake of $1.50 per $100 of cover it’s worth it for peace of mind. Insurance is also available for EXPRESS POST. An additional Signature on Delivery fee ($2.95) is required to insure any orders over $300 value.
5.1 Missing or Damaged Order: If your order goes missing or is damaged in the Post?
- We (the sender) have to lodge a claim through Australia Post for compensation for a missing or damaged item. This can be a lengthy process up to 4 weeks. Please understand that it is not our fault and the process is totally out of our control.
- If you did not insure your item you will be out of pocket - please once again understand that this is not our fault.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or ordered the wrong part or the unit you were trying to repair had more faults and our part did not fix its fault. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
· This is when the item:
o has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
o is unsafe
o is significantly different from the sample or description
o doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
· You may not be able to get a refund when:
o You do not have proof that you brought the product from us.
o You have changed your mind and there is nothing wrong with the product.
o You bought the product for someone else and they do not want it.
o You knew the product was broken when you bought it. For example, you paid less for the product because it was already broken.
o You broke/damaged the product and it was your fault.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
6.2 If you have purchased an item that is faulty please lodge a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form. You will need to log in to your account to do this process which is fairly straight forward and simple. Will contact you to let you know how to proceed about returning the item to us. You can see the progress of your RMA at any time by logging in to your account.
6.3 The cost of returning any product to mbRADIO is your responsibility. It is highly recommended that you return your item using Registered and Insured post. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs.
When we receive your returned item, we will verify your issue with it.
o If there is nothing wrong with it, it will be returned to you and we will only charge you return post and insurance. Unlike other businesses we have not yet implemented a "NO FAULT FOUND" charge if there is nothing wrong with it.
o If there is a Fault with it, depending on how long you have had it, we will give you the option of refund or replacement product plus the reasonable shipping you paid to return it to us.
o We are not here the screw you over on returned faulty items, we just adopt a 100% common sense and logical approach. If you mucked something up, didn't understand something and sent your item back, that's fine. Just understand that we will look at it, not charge you for doing so and only ask that you cough up for the return shipping back to yourself.

In general, the information we collect is used for our own analysis aimed at improving our products and services.
We will not intentionally disclose any personally identifiable information and we do not sell, trade or rent such information to third parties such as advertisers or pesky telemarketers.

8. About Us
mbradio.com.au is run by MB RADIO ONLINE ABN: 33 644 124 118, monitored on a daily
basis and is part of the mbRADIO group.
mbRADIO was established in 2000 and opened a Retail/Service store
in the rural Victorian town of Creswick. Our main focus was Retail and
On-line Sales as well as Electronic Equipment Service and Repairs.
In October 2015 after more than 14 years we decided to close the Retail Store side of things down and focus more on our online presence specialising more on the Spare Parts side of things. We all know how hard it is to get a simple spare part that will fix a simple issue with your equipment.
