2. Pricing & Availability
Whilst we endeavor to keep our website up to date with current Stock Availability, the nature of our industry means that products may run out of stock without warning. If your order is out of stock, we will give you the option of back order, substituted product or refund. All sales are accompanied by Tax Invoice.
PayPal/Credit Card: We accept PayPal, MasterCard and Visa Card. Credit Card transactions are currently processed by PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, please ensure your registered PayPal address is the one we are shipping to otherwise there will be delays - you know how PayPal works, if not - PayPal's Policy stipulates that the item must be sent to your Registered PayPal Address for the Seller and Buyer’s Protection.
Don't have a PayPal account: Choose PayPal/Credit Card option and you can pay using your Credit Card via PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal Account.
OSKO electronic funds transfer is also available.
4. Ordering Guidelines
By completing Checkout you are hereby agreeing to purchase the items in your Shopping Cart. Payment is taken from you at the end of the checkout process with our PayPal payment gateway. You will be emailed an order confirmation immediately after completing Checkout. If you did not get the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or check that you entered your email address correctly.
5. Shipping & Insurance
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with Tracking. Generally, orders are despatched within 48 hours excluding weekends and Public Holidays. Postage on orders over 10kg will be calculated as required.
Insurance: For peace of mind, all orders shipped are automatically covered by insurance.
5.1 Missing Order:
If your order goes missing;
1. First check with your local post office. There have been many instances where the item has not been carded to you and is awaiting collection.
2. Contact us, we will check the tracking and lodge the necessary enquiry with Auspost. If Auspost deems the shipment “scanned as delivered” there is nothing more than we can do. We strongly recommend contacting your local post office and verify with the postie about your delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Change of mind
We may accept the return of your purchase if it is within 30 days, is in un-used condition with original packaging and 100% re-sell able condition. Any return in this instance you will cover the postage costs.
Spare parts cannot be accepted for the obvious reason.
6.2 Faulty Goods
Where the goods supplied may be faulty, contact us for return authorisation. Any item faulty within 30 days, return shipping costs will be covered by us by way of reimbursement after receiving them and assessment of fault. If they are confirmed faulty, we will gladly refund or replace the item and compensate for shipping. Goods faulty outside of 30 days will need to be sent to us at the purchaser’s expense. Once assessed and is confirmed as faulty will we either repair or replace the item and ship back at our expense.
Goods returned with “No Fault Found” will be returned at the expense of the sender.
Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
